South-west Montana is mainly where our efforts and relationships exist, although our broker Logan Todd has an established network and knowledge throughout the entire treasure state for buyers and sellers.
With wide open mountain views, Yellowstone National Park, air travel options, trendy urban city centers, college campuses, fly fishing, hiking, biking, snow skiing, and everything else outside under the big sky, we are excited to share Montana with you and your family.
About Mark
Mark has been involved with procuring properties in Southwest Montana for over a decade. He has been hands-on with numerous property enhancement projects and continues to ranch with a small herd of cattle.
Mark enjoys the thorough research and due diligence involved with property selection from prospecting through the closing process.
With experience from his personal endeavors and construction background, he takes pride in helping others with land investments and home selection.

Ronni has been traveling to Montana for over a decade. Her love of the mountains, positive energy and outgoing attitude are infectious to those around her.
She has a business background focused in sales and marketing among various industries including hospitality, telecommunications, and consumer packaged goods. These experiences make her a trusted and well-connected resource with buyers and sellers in various markets.
Ronni loves to meet people and share her passion for Montana and all that it offers. From hiking, fishing, and shopping in downtown Bozeman, her enthusiasm to share Big Sky country with others encourages them to explore the treasure state for themselves.
